My personal journey in Ayurveda. The failures and successes. I face the deepest and most uncomfortable restless and uncertain parts of my self to make space for something new to enter. This discomfort is where the sacred preparation occurs. With patience, awareness and a willingness to surrender to the journey I will slowly realize that this is not an obstacle but a gift of letting go of what no longer serves me.
